Worst blogger ever

Okay first off.... SORRY! I have no excusing but laziness for not bloggin the last almost 2 months!!

Lets see where do I start.... Life is sooooooooooooo great!!!

So July was such a hard month for me!! I was missing my baby boys like crazy, and just couldn't get them off my mind!! It was also a great month cause Josh and I got so much wonderful time together!! I got to do all kinds of fun stuff with him...  from going out of town with him for work... a free mini vacation!! We also went camping, it was so hot!! And just time to just spend alone with each other and fall in love all over again.  Every time we have alone time it seems that we grow and are even stronger then before!! I am truly for the first time in love with my life!!! :)

So July 23!!! Yay kids are home and guess what they come home to.... YES a new home!!!!!!! I was so happy with how is all turned out... we got everything moved and unpacked just in time for them to come home!! They love our new house.... they have their own bedroom, playroom, and tv room!! That is more rooms then Josh and I get!! They also have a huge grass field and park right across the street from us.

As far as myself goes.... I LOVE IT!!! Going from a 2 story 2000 square foot home (which don't get me wrong I felt totally blessed to have) to a ONE story 2300 square foot home is awesome!!! I feel spoiled all the time for how hard Josh works to provide his family with the very best!! I didn't really care that moved into a one story house at the time we were looking... but it was really important to Josh so when we found this house I just knew it was the one! I guess I just didn't realize how much I would fall in love with a one story house!!!  The best thing... laundry!!! I don't have to carry it up and down any stairs, and our new laundry room is right across the hall from the boys room! Oh and I guess I should give my husband bragging rights for completely spoiling me with an awesome new washer and dryer!! I LOVE IT!! Thanks babe! I have been telling myself for weeks now that I am going to take pictures of the new house and still have yet to get around to taking them.... soon tho!

So kids back... check, new home... check, now it was time to get the kids started in school.  When we moved into our new home one of the things we were really excited about was that Kadyn's school was going to be right across the street from our house.  Well he started school there and things just were not going like I would have liked.  There were a few things that I just didn't agree with at the school and I really wanted Kadyn to be happy at school, and he just wasn't happy there.  So I had heard about this great new charter school that was brand new this year and is supposed to be a great school to help kids excel in school... so Josh and I talked it over a lot and decided that it was the best choice to switch him to the new school.  He has now been in the new school a week and it was the best choice we could have made.  He loves the new school and is fitting in so much better.  I feel so much more at ease as well! Austin also started school and LOVES it!! The first day I dropped him off, his words exactly were, "Mom it's okay you don't have to walk me in you can just drop me off here".  Ummm Okay knife in my chest thank you my dear son Austin, but NO I do have to walk you in, I am not dropping you off for your first day of high school, I am dropping you off for your first day of PRE-school!!! He has done great at school, not that that was any surprise to me tho.  His teacher just loves it cause it is such a great little helper! 

So that leaves my little man Colton at home with me 4 days a week for 3 hours and it is awesome! Colton is eating up the time alone with me, he just loves it so much!! He says "it's just me and mommy, no big kids!!" I love it!! We have had so much fun together and I am going tomorrow to sign up for a membership at the Y, I think Colton is going to love going to the Y during the day.  I think he feels just a little left out cause he doesn't get to go to school at all, so this will give him that chance! We will see how it goes!

As for Josh he is crazy busy like always at work.  I miss him so much and take every chance I can get with him!! Something that is very exciting for him is that he just  applied to be in the Sheffie's volunteer department, although this leaves even less time for the family, I am really excited for him.  This has been a dream of his for a long time and I am glad he is going after it!! I makes me nervous, but I try not to think about the risks.  He should find out in the next week, I will keep everyone updated!

Last week was a very exciting week for all of us as well!! My Dad came down for a visit!!!! :) I hadn't seen him for about 3 years and it was a much needed visit!! Josh got to meet him for the first time and they got along great! The boys were so so so super excited to seeing Grandpa Bob!!! We had a lot of fun spending time with together and can't wait to see him again, this time a lot sooner then later!!

On Saturday we had a great birthday party for Kadyn and Colton, we rented out the pool at the YMCA and had just a few family and friends.  We are planing a trip to Sea World for the boys birthday over Labor Day, so we wanted to keep their birthday party low key.  It was still a hit with the boys, had lots of fun swimming, eating, and most of all opening their gifts!! Kadyn got a mp3 player and has not turned the thing off yet, he loves it.  Colton got a few new costumes, iron man and spider man, and hasn't taken them off since he got them!! All in all it was a great day!!

So that is the last 2 months of our live in a very small nutshell! I always feel like a picture is worth a million words so here are the moments we have captured on film in the last few months......

I know this is gross but it really really scared us when it happened..... we didn't know what it was and later found out that he got hives, still don't know what from. It was awful! But he recovered in about 48 hours and he was back to normal Jayger!

I hope everyone enjoys these memories we had so much fun making!!! Life is so good, I Thank Heavenly Father everyday for all the blessing I have in my life, I really truly feel like I have the best life a person could have!! I miss all my family and look forward to seeing my mom and my mom-in-law in a few weeks..... until then love to you all and I promise I will be back updating you much sooner this next time!
